Purpose of the Follow-Up Consultation
The follow-up consultation builds on the initial session and will be conducted via Zoom.
The focus of this session is to address any new developments or questions that have arisen since our first meeting, specifically related to U.S. immigration and naturalization laws.
What to Expect During the Follow-Up Consultation:
Update on Personal Circumstances: We will discuss any changes in your situation since the initial consultation.
Clarification and Additional Questions: We will address any new questions about the immigration process, strategic options, or the services we offer.
Next Steps: We will review potential actions you can take, including the possibility of formally hiring our firm if you choose to proceed.
If you decide to engage our services, we will guide you through the process of signing a representation agreement. This document will clearly outline our responsibilities, fees, and the specific legal services we will provide.
Important: Informational Purpose Only
This follow-up consultation is intended for informational purposes only. It does not establish an attorney-client relationship. To form an official relationship, a signed representation agreement is required.
Please Note: If you are an existing client and need to discuss any aspect of your current case, please do not use the follow-up consultation booking. Instead, reach out directly to your attorney via email or phone. In most cases, if you are already a client, meetings with your immigration attorney will not incur any additional charges.
